The Charcuterie Board Workshop

Booked this workshop for our tenth anniversary at the Jackson Triggs location and loved every minute of it. We were fortunate enough to be the only booking in that time slot so had the privilege to enjoy a private session.Sarah's an awesome teacher with a real enthusiasm for the craft and has an incredible ability to match the energy of her students. Being able to coast along at our own pace while enjoying the scenery and a few glasses of JT grand reserve wines made for a relaxing, serene and unforgettable anniversary with a beautiful piece to take away as memorabilia.Sarah and Diane were such warm, welcoming, and fun personalities and make the experience feel so personalized and memorable. Wish you ladies all the success in the world and hope you grow even bigger!

My wife and I just finished this awesome experience today at Grizzli Winery and the boards turned out to be so beautiful they will be given as gifts and we will have to book another time to get our own. Adam and his crew were fun, kind, and patient. All of the other participants enjoyed themselves thoroughly. I highly recommend this workshop.

This was such an amazing experience and night out. I originally bought it for my husbands birthday, but then some friends wanted to join. This experience did not disappoint from venue to ambiance to creating your own board in such a fun environment it was nothing but unforgettable. Sarah and the staff made this fun and safe, Covid has put a damper on so much this was super enjoyable and made us feel “normal” again. Plus who doesn’t love wood working while sipping on wine with great company. We will be returning for another workshop soon!

Loved the entire experience of the workshop! Sarah was knowledgeable and created a fun environment to learn. My husband and I attended an evening event, and we had a blast working together to build the board plus we learned how to style our new board all while eating the best charcuterie and drinking all the wine – the perfect night out.

Amazing experience! we did it for our anniversary and it was a lovely experience right in front of the vineyard! Extremely easy, don't have to have experience at it! While sipping in wine in the vineyard, you get to make your own charcuterie board! We loved it!

Such a lovely experience. We had so much fun creating our charcuterie boards! Sarah and her team were fantastic, they were super friendly and enthusiastic. The venue at Jackson Triggs is a perfect backdrop in doing the classes. We sipped on a glass of wine overlooking the vineyards prior to going into our workshop. So much fun!! A small group of us tasted whiskey and then made boards at Green Briar in Nashville. We enjoyed the time together, the instruction, and working on the boards. The pieces were beautiful! We were so happy with the finished boards.Beautiful to keep or give as a gift. We would highly recommend. Thank you for the fun.

Awesome experience at the Charcuterie Board Workshop at Nashville's Green Brier Distillery location. Informative whiskey/bourbon tasting, specialty cocktail followed by the workshop to hand craft our own beautiful, one-of-a-kind board. The included tasting box was a delicious finish to the afternoon!

I absolutely LOVED the Charcuterie Board Workshop! I have been to workshops in both Toronto and Niagara and they were both amazing. Sarah is an excellent teacher and the class is the perfect blend of hands on and fun. Plus there is wine. Lots of wine. Which is always great!
