We hired Timberware to create a custom built in wall-unit around an heirloom antique stove.Chris took our design and recreated it better than we could have imagined! He provided us with suggestions to optimize the use of the space and look/feel of the wall unit. Chris and his team were amazing! He worked with us to understand what we were looking for, was really responsive as I asked a bunch of questions, and quoted a great price. My wife and I moved to Ontario from NS and unfortunately her grandparents wooden chest (which was giben to us as a wedding gift) was completely destroyed during the move. With only a pile of scrap and a few photos to go off of , these guys worked their magic and really showed off their skills. They built an identical chest out of hard wood and made it so that it will last generations. My wife was so happy to see it that she cried.These guys are true masters of their craft.10/10 will use them again.

We recently purchased a custom dining table and two benches as well as a solid maple barn door from Timberware. I can not say enough good things about this company. Chris and Jason are true craftsmen and artists. Their attention to detail is phenomenal. Chris spent considerable time sourcing a slab of black walnut that was just perfect. Jason took the time to call me to confirm the placement of the legs on the table before he attached them. Everyone who comes into our home comments on how beautiful the table is. The barn door is also beautiful. Chris and Jason again took the time to make sure it was installed perfectly. If you are looking for any project involving wood, look no further than Timberware. We first reached out to Timberware to see if they would help us with a special project; building a table using our wood harvested from a 'sentimental' tree on our property.Communication with Chris and his team was terrific during the entire process. We’ve had two custom projects done by Timberware and will happily hire them again for any future needs. They’re wonderful to work with throughout all stages, offering tips and information on materials and construction during the design process (without making me feel any of my many questions were silly), finished both custom projects ahead of time, and demonstrated precision and perfection with installs. Both pieces look like they were built into the house, totally seamless. And they’re incredibly friendly and a pleasure to have around while doing their work. Can’t recommend them enough - worth every penny.
